Fernando, our amazing host, made our stay mind-blowing! He greeted us with a smile, showed us our parking spot, and checked us into the jaw-dropping apartment. The super location, close to shops, restaurants, and the harbour, made exploring the city a breeze. When our flight was cancelled, Fernando arranged for us to stay for an extra two days. The apartment had lots of room, a spacious terrace with stunning views, and top-notch kitchen facilities. We loved the magical Christmas lights on the hillside. Plus, the apartment was conveniently located near a supermarket, bakery, bars, and restaurants. No car needed! this place was a total winner with its excellent amenities, including Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, outdoor dining area, and lift access. It's also family-friendly with cots and babysitting services. Wheelchair access and 24-hour security added to our peace of mind. And did we mention the no-pets and no-smoking policies? Simply perfect!

The noise from the street could be quite bothersome, especially on Saturday evenings. The apartment's terrace was north-facing, so there was no direct sunlight.

We had a fantastic time at the apartment. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and with a shopping mall nearby. The host was incredibly helpful and even arranged a taxi for our airport transfer. The balcony view of the city and mountains was absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Funchal.

Great value apartment in a central location. The apartment was spacious and clean with nice views of the hills. The kitchen had good facilities and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the terrace. Despite some street noise, the apartment was close to restaurants, bars, and shops. I had a great stay at Arriaga.

This apartment is in the heart of the bustling center. The airport is conveniently close. I had the pleasure of enjoying the nearby beach. The best part? Free parking and WiFi, because we all know how much I love spending money!

There was no guest folder with tourist information or basic instructions for the apartment. It would have been helpful to have information on how to dispose of rubbish.

We had an amazing stay at the Arriaga Apartment! The value for money was excellent, with a beautiful room and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to the Old Town and within walking distance of everything we needed. The staff treated us wonderfully, providing great communication and support throughout our stay.

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
